Hudsonsoft releases new screens and art for Bomberman Blast

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008

September 16 – Hudson Entertainment today released new screens and artwork for Bomberman Blast for digital download on Wiiware for the Wii. Retaining many of the classic features that fans of the award-winning series have come to love, such as online multiplayer battles and numerous arenas, Bomberman Blast also incorporates exciting new gameplay elements like Mii Support and 8-person online play with the first Bomberman launch ever available for Wiiware on the Wii.

Bomberman Blast features 3 new shake-it-up items specifically created for Wii play. Each of these new items can be used by shaking the Wii Remote to add an entirely new aspect of play to multiplayer Bomberman battles. Players can use the Bomb Change to turn themselves into a bomb, the Rocket to jump up high in the air to avoid bomb blasts and the Shied to block bomb blasts (as long as they keep shaking the Wii Remote).

Players will be able to compete either solo or as part of a team against the best Bomberman players worldwide as Bomberman Blast delivers 8-player multiplayer battles online. Players can bomb it up on one console or can compete against their friends, family as well as players from all over the world with in-depth Wi-Fi Battle over the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Players can also submit their scores and track them using the new Rankings feature.

Bomberman Blast is the perfect party game, allowing players from around the world to join in on the fun. Up to four players on the same Wii can hop online. In addition, an online leaderboard shows if players are as good as they think they are! Bomberman Blast is exactly what players would expect from a Bomberman game, with more ammunition, more online battles, and now, the support of Miis!

Wonderland Online: Human Pets Overview

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008

Today Wonderland Online (http://wl.igg.com/main.php) team is introducing the Human Pets in the game. Xaolan, Roca, Niss, Elin, Shasha, Kanako, Qlaya, Clive, Magellan and Frederico, all of them are Human Pets in Wonderland Online, so which one do you like most? Let’s check out some of their background information.

Xaolan is an honest girl from the country. Her skill Stone Wall can protect the owner from attacks. She is useful for leveling up and doing quests.

Roca is the daughter of the Kelan Leader and she is the best choice for newbies since her attacks, HP and SPD make her a powerful warrior. She is useful for leveling up and doing quests too. Further more, she will be a significant help in restraining Frederico when players get to a higher level.

Niss is a mysterious girl and Frederico’s sister. Her attribute is water and she can even attack 6 targets at the same time. Niss is good at mana attacks, which make her a good choice for players in PK.

Shasha has the water attribute that lets her cast Freezing Spells. This makes her a big help for mages or fighters looking for help with magic.

Elin was made by ET and she has incredible powers when she gets the Plasma Scatter-gun or the Plasma Wafer. All water attribute characters and weak pets will be scared off by her attacks (she can beat 3 targets at the same time).

Kanako is a chivalrous girl who is from Kyoto and is good at using a bow. She is useful for players whose level is not too high because she has both a powerful attack and also a skill called Ice Arrow which can restore an owner’s hp. However, the her miss rate is quite higher than others, so players should equip the Crescent Bow+3 to deal with that.

Qlaya comes from Maya. Her attribute is wind and she has a skill called Coma Spell which can make targets loss their combat effectiveness. She is very useful in PK and when doing quests.

Clive used to be a pirate. His attribute is also wind and he has good attacks and SPD. Also, he has a cool appearance because of his ‘pirate’s uniform’.

Magellan is the famous navigator. He is the best among the human pets in Wonderland. His attribute is Earth and his skill is Shield Defense. What’s more, he has advantages on both CON and STR.

Frederico is a mysterious and ambitious man with noble descent. He is allied with King Howert who aims to destroy the deity world. His skills of Rage Thunder and Blowout are so powerful that almost nobody can defeat him. Compared with other pets, it is difficult for players to control him.

Maybe none of them are perfect, but if you equip them with suitable armor, they will be. All pets need the owner’s training. In the upcoming version, there will be new human pets for all!
